Welcome to the second weekly (well the first one was about a month ago, but you get my drift.) Joss Whedon dose with Dollhouse. This Episode was as weird as it gets and it got me thinking… maybe there should be a Dollhouse in Real life?
This weeks episode Echo is put on the memories/thoughts or as they call it in the show “memory implant” of a recently murdered Woman. So basically they brought the dead to life. Imagine how cool that could be.. Going to your own funeral!!!
Well thinking about it is kind of dark.. Do you really want to see yourself dead? Is it a disrespect to the Dead? I don’t know I guess in the hype of the episode it looked cool to be able to do that.
Still is quite amazing how this Dollhouse works, they use these Dolls to grant fantasies for a lot of money (Not to be confused with a w—-house. There are Differences! I’m looking for them! ) However, they have turned a bit more of solving problems than granting fantasies… But imagine.. you are solving your own murder after being dead? That’s kind of Cool! Is like saying: “Hey I died and I came back as 007! Check out my new Gadget… is a NEW BODY!”
So who knows maybe in the future we might be able to do that? Do we really want that much power? Could we control it? And why am I asking so many questions? Maybe it will all get answered next week!
