This is actually quite interesting. I know this made the news a long time ago, but maybe a lot of people have forgotten about it. So here it is again.
So here in the United States, if you go to jail you spend whatever amount of time you are given by the judge and then you are a free man, while in jail you go through different types of jobs and tasks in order to help you “rehabilitate” (can’t be really sure, because I haven’t gone to jail. And I hope I never go to jail)
However, in the Phillipines, this is another story. In about eight different correctional facilities they have developed a program in which they uses no-violence and teach their inmates to dance in order to pay off their crime. They believe that if the prisioners are tortured or being treated violently, it will only just cause more violence from them and once they are out in the world they will eventually do something bad once again. I don’t know how this system has worked, but it kind of makes sense to me, at least (Then again, I don’t live in Phillipines).
But Why don’t you be the judge? I find this hilarious and quite amusing. This looks like a “Fun Prison”
