Manhattan
That is not a typo. Although there are smaller homes out there, but this one caught my attention a bit more…The Price. The New York Post posted an article about a couple that bought — and now live — in the smallest studio of all New York. The New York studio is only a mere 14.9 feet long and 10 feet wide. It features an excellent small kitchen with the ability of holding one hot plate on its counter-top. The bedroom covers one third of the studio and it’s main feature is a queen size bed. The bathroom is the size of a closet with a sink, toilet and small shower (the essentials right?!). The lucky couple explains that they love the place and to them it feels like a “castle”. Their wardrobe is located at the kitchen cabinets next to their coffee maker. However, it seems that they have gotten quite accustomed to it and also since they don’t cook, pots, pans, and plates are not needed. It seems that they have made some pretty good decisions so far…WRONG! You want to know the price? The couple paid $150,000 for this studio. I’m sorry, this studio could be in the backstage of Broadway with a view to whatever! I wouldn’t pay that much money for such a small space.
What do you think? Would you pay $150,000 for this studio apartment?
