This product is as stupid as that vibrating ab-machine.  Yea... right build a sixpack while watching the tv.

Weight loss from exercise occurs as an unfocused phenomena.  Working regions causes you to strengthen the muscle (for endurance or power), which in turn shapes it.  Exercising in any way, however, is what causes you to lose fat from anywhere in the body.

I.E. push-ups strengthen the pectorals, triceps, biceps, etc.  while simultaneously burning fat that is randomly distributed within your body... whether from your arms, legs, stomach, etc.</description>
